Progress vs fun vs grind. MGP is grind.

A bunch of my FC seems to be having fun in there while they goof off waiting for Stormblood.

You cannot think to get all the MGS had to offer in a day. Saucer is no more grindy than you do for ponies or birds. Hell, it is NOT grindy at all, with the ton of different things inside.

If you want feel "progression" there are the chocobo races to rank your chocobo, or play Vermilion, easy to learn but hard to master. TT itself is something you progress, learning how to play it.

If you want it grindy, you can, see ponies and birds and Anima, but it is not mandatory. Your choice how to play the game.

Yup, if you're not doing the Challenge Log, you're doing it wrong.

I was doing it to get someone for my Squadron not for MGP, now i have 3M+ and Fenrir.

Well, the feeling of grind is the reason I only ever go there if I feel like playing one of the minigames inside and never really get more than 200k MGP >_>

Luckily, that tends to be enough to get the stuff I want from there, so I don't mind.

I just ignore the Gold Saucer besides the daily cactpot and the weekly. If anything there just isn't really anything to grind towards(fenrir is a ugly mount, have throne/turtle and the cheaper bunny suit)

omg if you're grinding the MINI GAME SECTION of this game, you are for sure doing it wrong.

Long set up game? Seriously you can do almost anything in under an hour. This game is very short term especially with progression. Everything is ridicously quick to get and also replaced with something better equally as quick. There\\'s no longevity at all. That\\'s why so many people are so lazy or can\\'t be bothered with lots of the stuff.

This is the kinda game where you can sit down log in hit a queue and have something done in 30 minutes

if you are going after Fenrir I will say it will take months to get him, I have him so I know

if you don't want to waste all your game time in GS then I recomend the daily and weekly cactpot, otherwise Chocobot racing and triple triad and doing the GS log

Go to the botanist or miner mini-game, do them 3 times and the challenge log for GS is done.
