This is just appalling

Given we have a eastern themed zone coming most likely along with gear from dungeons and stuff, there is even less reason to purchase that item.

I just don't understand the complaints with mogstation glam, imo there is plenty of freakin awesome sets from dungeons and raids to satisfy variety and we still get free stuff from holiday events. The songbird outfit was pretty nice. Let those willing to pay have it and move on. If you can't control yourself then you proved why SE and EVERY company does it now.

I'm certainly not and I don't need to have every set which I will only use for a short time till the next set I like shows up.

To be honest I totally agree. We get mostly reskins of existing gear in dungeons all the time while the new exciting stuff is getting released on the mog station for increasingly higher prices. I understand that SE is a business, but since we're already asked to pay a subscription this is a little disappointing.

If you want it to stop, STOP BUYING THEM.

Every time the new item makes them money, that's a stamp of approval that they should continue.

...Is it only appalling because its something people actually want?

Exploitation of the human emotion. Anyways I am not going to buy it because it is overpriced. Simple as that, agree with the TC. If they keep doing this, they are going to lose more then lost potential mog station sales from me.

Attacking people for spending their money on things they want is never a good look.

The items in question are from the Chinese and Korean Servers, they had to pay for them to obtain them as well/they were limited time availability. SE can't just turn around and say, well the JP, NA and EU servers get it for free, but the Chinese and Koreans, they have to pay.

That's the business standpoint they were working from, if they just make it free here, they create strife with those who paid to obtain those items because they look at the other servers and go "Hey why are these free?". So of course you have to charge for them.

The appalling thing to me is that this stuff is never storable, so not only am I paying real money for it but I'm also spending 2 inventory slots on it.
