Rly? -.-
I done some A12S today and was OK.
Almost half a second of delay isn't ok. I'm not being able to dodge a bunch of stuff i could dodge just fine before, also having that delay while healing screws the whole party.
Here is my tracert and ping info :

SE themselves said the game was designed to be played in a 200 ping environment. If you're higher than that, taking a break (of you can't use a VPN) would probably be a good decision.
VPN drops from 300 to 250-200 at most. I used to play at 170ms before and Montreal was a much larger distance.
Same issue here, the problem my conection is going to EU before USA. Making my ping be like 300+, the ping was suposed to get better. But the route its a mess.
My friend said SE has nothing to do with that, it's on your ISP. If that's the case, I highly doubt SE will hand out refunds because your ISP is screwing you over.
Been telling people for months that they were moving the servers to California but no one believed me till now.
You aren't the only one suffering. There are several EU/Canadian players and also NA east coast players who are experiencing the same latency issues.
Seems SE forgot that California isn't the only state in the U.S.
Some official response would be nice.
