After running a few test of the CPU and GPU each, it was fairly easy to see where the bottleneck was. The CPU never reached over 25% load in any of the test, but the GPU was 99-100% capped from the start of each test all the way through. Guess it's time to buy 2 new GPU's! Lol ^_^ Really, thanks guys for all the information, links, and help. After playing WoW from 2005-2013 (Not gonna count the FFXIV 1.0 time...), the community of XIV still amazes me. Really awesome nearly 4 years running!

Its 100% your GPU as you have seen. That processor is a work horse and can push out a ton. Upgrade to a 1080ti and watch that score breach 13k

Glad you figured it out! And yeah, I've done the WoW thing myself and I thank Hydaelyn for the community here. There are rotten apples here and there but not nearly as many as in that game.

I'm using Zotac GTX 1060 3gb Mini, only one spot so far i found will hit max gpu load and drop to 56-57 fps, i would said GTX 10603gb/6gb would be sufficient, especially OC version. Budget wise GTX 1060 3gb OC version is sufficient for this game. I found out have noticeable performance gain in 3.0 ff14 after upgrade my 1600 DDR3 to 2400 DDR3 in Goblin City which i hardly see any fps drop while walking/running in this town.
