How to fix Unable to Complete Version Check error ps4

I just got into the game after trying to log in numerous times. It finally downloaded a launcher update file... not sure if this is a patch or it didn't do it the first time. First time I had this issue.

Still no luck on my end

Wouldn't be surprised it's a PSN issue and not SE.

Might be a bit of both as Im see peoole saying the same about Mac

I just changed to the Google DNS and it's working straight away

Google DNS is

Primary
8.8.8.8

Secondary
8.8.4.4

Here's more info about Google DNS, just in case anyone is worried it's fishy or owt :p
