2 years ago in FFXI i pay 12$ (not euros) becouse I use a prepayed american card^^

anyone know if the 2nd discount price is updated on SE account management system site?

I am still getting 65.94 USD for 180 days. This is the previously announced discount rates, the new discount rates should bring my 180 days bill to 47.04 USD. * both price include character fee*

I think the discounted price will take effect after the 16th of December.
