What Would You Sacrifice for a Glamour Catalogue?

I would gladly do away with all of those logs. Hunting normal mobs, while easy, is equally tedious and boring. I hated clearing my logs. Normal marks aren't even worth my time, and only go after the FATE hunts and elite marks, and I hated doing those damn books for my Zeta. All sightseeing I have logged have been by happenstance while exploring, many of my normal screenshots of sights that I was taken by are much better than those found at the sights. If SE just did away with them, I wouldn't care at all. The fishing log though is a bit of a sacrifice for me. That's actually something I want to complete. Just not as much as want a glamour log.

While I can appreciate the lore and details involved in the Sightseeing and Fishing Logs, I still feel as though they're just wasted bits of data that most will look over once and be done with it. The 2.0 Sightseeing log in particular can rot for all I care. I don't want to sacrifice a Lalafell under a Bloodmoon while it rains in Mor Dhona in order to complete it

The Hunting Log became redundant long ago but PotD was the final nail in its coffin. It offers absolutely nothing tangible now so away with it I say.

Achievement items can be moved elsewhere honestly and no one would bat an eye over it.

Hunting log is abandonned since HW but realisticly, it doesn't represent much in memory compared to a glamour log that would store every skin, even tho it would only be a list of true/false, you would still have to multiply that by the number of existing skin which increases each patch.

Nothing. Glamour log should be a basic feature of the game.

I nominate the mentor system to be excised so we can glim-glam ALL the gear.

Should only need to store a code that tells it to go to the skin, and not the skin itself.

hows about SE remove the 1.0 blot from the backend database which will allow for more useful data to be sent back and forth (I surpect this is how we have got improvements so far)

Have they ever actually said that this is the reason we don't have it? From the PAX mention it sounded as though they hadn't considered doing it this way before at all. They didn't have any trouble adding the Orchestrion log, and it's not as though the logs are pushing huge amounts of data around in real time.

On topic I would sacrifice quite a lot of things to get a glamour log.

Glamour log shouldn't require any sacrifices.
