If you have a card from a raid, you should only be allowed to roll greed

While I agree it would be nice to give people priority who haven't obtained the card, this doesn't stop people continuously rolling need and selling the card before obtaining it and even worse, priority in the situation where no-one needed the card. At the end of the day every run you have at worst a 3/24 (1/8) chance of getting the card, try to be patient and you'll get it before long.

TT cards to me are the same as the gear I can sell for seals. Will sell them for MGP if already in deck.

The flaw with thay request is that someone could then exploit that system by never using the card once received, selling it for MGP, and then be able to keep on rolling need because they technically don't have the card because they never used it.

Maybe a notification when rolling on the card pointing out you already have it? Something obvious in the pop up description? That would keep the loot rolling fair and make players aware of already having the card if they would rather someone else receive it.

Well, they still drop from the personal loot system. I got an Echidna card although I never rolled on one, or at least the Echidna one works that way. Though I can see the issue of if everyone has a card, then the cards are worthless cuz no one can lot on them.

It's not selfish per say, as thats how it works. But it is detrimental to thoese seeking for collection.

The same argument can be made for gear, raid tokens, crafting mats and pretty much any loot that people have to vie over - And the solution in all cases is simple: Personalized loot.
Alternative: Tokens to buy the loot from a vendor.
Either way, the desires of one person no longer compete with the desires of another, thus neither can hinder the other. Thus, the problem gets solved in a simple and effective manner.

RNG loot distribution is a long outdated concept anyway, only one step away from the early days of being able to take everything directly from the corpse (When ninja looting was a real thing). It's about time it dies the death it deserves to more progressive systems.

As someone who has yet to get that Diabolos card and who lost 2 of them on the same raid with rolls of 97 and 94, I fully agree with the OP. There are many ways to make MGP without rolling on something someone else might actually want just because it will give you a couple of hundred points.

I wish the card would get added at random in your inventory instead, like they used to do.

To be honest, I roll need because I don't even remember what cards I have, and I know it is likely everyone rolled need, so will participate the loot.
Then if already in deck I'll sell it.

But not for greedy or trolling who relly needs it, it is simply I like improve my deck but I'm not so much into it to remember all and every card I have. Hell, I don't even know if a card is really rare or not. I just like play TT every now and then.

I actually don't understand why we can't buy, trade and sell cards between players.

Since they boosted the MGP on cards it's a nice way to pocket some extra treasure. So in a way it can be a need. It's not like anyone says anything about it in game anyways -.-. ***HINT***If you NEED it say something people can't read your mind.
