Tanks with slaying ring

Yes the secondary stats can far exceed 10 points worth of primary stats. Remember, Parry has 0 offensive value.

I feel like I'm kinda stuck there. All my slaying rings have accuracy because I'm a drg main. Would it be best to take the vit loss or just wear the shire ring

Take the Shire ring. Honestly, the DPS increase is so slight, it's not worth giving up the 2000 HP. You'll barely notice the former, but if something goes wrong, that extra HP can be a life saver.
