Well yes, I see it happening literally every day. They do it for the new player bonus. Or just because they like playing with new people. Or because they're helping a friend or need the same dungeon themselves. I've done it myself plenty of times, and I'm no saint. Not everyone refuses to play the game unless they're motivated by a few extra scripture tomes.

As much as I would hate to lose the source of Poetics for relic, I REALLY think they should convert these two raids into solo duties. It is disgusting that a new player basically stops to watch the first cut scene, and by the time it's over the whole raid has been cleared. This is a critical chunk of the story, players should be able to enjoy it.

Crazy idea but wouldn't mind a MS roulette with DOUBLE the rewards BUT you aren't allowed to skips cutscenes in there :p

In my FC we offer to take newer people on their clear. We refer to it as "Movie night". They get to watch all the movies and participate in all the fights. If I'm doing it, if I have a full party, we will do it min ilvl, if not, we usually let them kill the final boss solo while we cheer them on.

More FCs should help their new members with things like this.

Just change main scenario into a Solo and be done with it.

As much as this would solve a problem, I think it creates another problem. The soloing mentality is what destroys the fundamental concept of an MMORPG. Some people like to solo and thats fine though.

Its just like the fight against the warriors of darkness, it could have been a really fun epic fight with 8 players but instead it was a pretty lame solo fight.

They could give you the option to que with npcs from the storyline or que with real players. They could just block access to certain zones till everyones out of cutscene. There is alot of options but nothing has been done about it and its constantly overlooked. SE doesn't like going back to work on old content.

This game already has a non-insignificant number of solo duties that must be completed for the MSQ, not to mention every single job duty. They rarely are dungeons, but that's beyond the point: providing level 50 solo content in the game wont change the fundamental way people play it.

This is every run forever already. It's a struggle to get people to wait even 15 seconds at a boss while they skip cut scenes and run to the room, even if neither tank pulls.

All I'm saying is for some people, they are not interested in poetics cause they are not nearly as useful as lores. The lvl 50 roulette dungeon gives 120 lores and poetics. I do that one cause its extremely useful. I don't do the main scenario because it is not nearly as time useful and unless your doing crystal sand trades or unidents, there really isnt much use for poes. More people would que main scenario if it also offered lores. It's not going to get any worse for new players than it already is.
