The "pattern" of past raids nerfs were changes that were needed to get the fights doable with any random class kombination the DF will produce.
There were some minor nerfs with 3.41. Mainly to be more forgiving if there are deaths. These are the most notable:
A7S:
The duration of High Wire granted to Quickthinx Allthoughts has been reduced from 15 minutes to 30 seconds. (Two or more deaths not as punishing in last phase, not an instant wipe)
A8S:
The potency of Mind Blast used by Blaster has been reduced. (Carryover from A6S)
The range of Drainage used by Waterspout has been reduced. (Carryover from A6S, most sacked the water person to hidden mine so this mostly moot here.)
The potency of the Damage Up effect granted to Brute Justice has been reduced. (J-Kicks surely won't one-shot party anymore if 1-2+ people die during intermissions)
There aren't any job type specific mechanics like there were in midas so there isn't really much of anything to nerf for making it duty finder doable. You can do these fights with all ranged, all melee, all casters, etc. if you wanted.
Yep, no job/skill restrictions or "die X times boss damage becomes impossible to heal" mechanics this savage tier. A bit ho-hum.
