GM on Figaro spreading rumours about the Moogle King

I have never seen them. Where do they usually show up? Is it always in Ul'duh so far? and if so which area?

So then basically it seems that the Garleans are pissing off the moogles and possibly trying to encroach upon their land. Great, so we have to deal with those jerks again. Hopefully they don't go around blowing up aetheryte nodes all over the place this time.
