You do realize that "moving" means houses in Gridania/Limsa/Ul'dah become free for all again through that, right?

My hope, however unlikely, is not only will be able to move both our FC/Personal houses but we can upgrade them-- with whatever we have currently being put up for vacancy instantly.

Oh, and OP. Is that a medium or large plot? I adore the outside look. :D

I think that is very unlikely, however I have a feeling there was talk of something like that quite a while ago? Not specifically about the expansion but that there was talk that they may add that feature? I am just going from memory and don't have a source, and it was far from a confirmation of "will" and more on the topic of "maybe"..

Haha thanks :) It is a Large. Plot 58 in Lavender sub division. I am kind of in love with it though I can never find the right angle to show it off in a screenshot :P Each little "section" has a certain feel to it that I can never seem to truly show off in a screenshot. Also looks so amazing at night! I will post some more at night time if you care :)

FTFY. Unless SE prevents players from owning more than one house per server(alts on same server can use your one house), housing will never be available on populated servers for anyone but the rich(either buying when available or selling at inflated prices)

Part of the issue on top of this is that even if they bind houses to 1 per player per server, people can still have alts in empty FC's and buy a house that way.. There is no real way to restrict this side of it unfortunately, unless you were to restrict the purchase of a house to FC's over a certain number of members (say 3 or 4) to try and alleviate this - however I am sure there are some couples out there that are in an FC with only themselves and a partner that would like to buy a house with airship access etc..

However I absolutely agree - players should only be allowed to buy 1 personal house per server (including alts)..

Vague is very accurate :D, and thank you <3. If I hear something during the live letter, I'll bump the thread but having checked the transcripts I think people did a good job compiling info - just wasn't a big dump of info to be had. Of course they're probably saving it for the live letters to be had from now to release. Hype train is not over haha, choo choo xD

Yep watching the live letter also, so will definitely update if I hear anything :)

I think the fair game is let people/fc without house to buy one, and people/fc that already own one being second in line.
