GM investigation goes like this:

"Welp, he didn't explicitly say in chat that he had the intention to cheat. No case here boys."
>community in uproar over cheaters not being dealt with
"Just report them guys SE knows how to handle it."
I experienced exactly what you are explaining today. Being in the UK & playing on Primal I often see things that happen 'out of hours'. Today I was on to my third 8v8 when I noticed that someone was deliberately throwing the matches to lose (it was my 3rd match with them, won first match against, lost next two with). They were basically doing stuff that even the most inexperienced person wouldn't do. An analogy in PvE would be that after the first time you ran past a lvl45 mob as a lvl15 character you quickly understood that levels matter & didn't do it again. The things they were doing served only to throw a match.
I decided to go & watch TV rather than take part in stuff like that. It did mean that I missed out on time I had free for PVP but throwing games & the constant 15/16 *drop*... 15/16 *drop* rubbish just wasn't worth the annoyance. It comes to something when even unranked Feast has cheats. -_-
I don't think PvP in this game should be treated seriously anymore. Blatant and unpunished (=encouraged) Wintrading + Garo clown fiesta + Chat disabled = a big joke. Even those legit pvpers who are not wintrading in Light Party are still exploiting failed rating system by carrying unrated players for higher score, otherwise they get only +5 per win. It's like the more unfair you are, the better you'll be rewarded. Pack Hellhound will be a mount of shame. Nice job, SE!
I don't understand why they can't just tie it to # of wins like, you know, every other pvp mount in this game.
If they can't fix cheating, just remove the rewards.
Just caught the team they are wintrading against... What do you know, they are in the same FC and the primary wintrading team is in a party trying to get queues against them... How is this not evidence enough for a ban? We know who they are trading against, we know they are trading, so do something about it.
Looks like the blatant wintraders aren't on the leaderboard, either the community policed it well enough or SE did something. I do wish they did something before season end though. It would be nice to get an update about wintraders like they update us with RMT people.
