PVP Only Materia

The game has quite a few unused relics that can be a bit confusing. PVP materia, Moral, resistances, and elemental materia to name a few. It'd be nice to see them cleaned up, or utilised in some way, with 4.0.

I would say Light Party Feast to make it feel more "serious".
