After running the dungeon more, I realized that the in the event the heavy wasn't cleansed, it would make dodging the room-wide proximity based-aoe a little harder (there should be huge flower ball bomb looking things).
I've seen people get knocked out by the room-wide proximity-based aoe without the heavy.

I'm pretty fanatical that if I see debuffs I know I can cleanse on someone, that's coming off ASAP. I do agree with the poster who proposed a QoL to make it easier to know when we can cleanse, though.

It's a Heavy that requires cleansing because of the follow up attacks that might choose the heavied player as target.
