Is this a hack or BRD OP issue?

I use swiftcast stone to heavy this person and I was dead before I was able do anything (ability wise because of silence) what gives?

Well..... for a start.... why would you swiftcast stone? and why would heavy stop a ranged dps from attacking you? he is ranged......

yes bard is powerful and yes you need to know how he bursts to be able to counter heal, you have lots of pvp skills that can help with that too, purify is the single most powerful skill in pvp, sacred prism lasts a while and gives you a lot of physical damage protection.

BUT DO NOT SWIFTCAST STONE.......... JUST DONT DO IT........ PLEASE.........

Bard burst is easy to spot and is really predictable. If you see a bard popping all his buffs, he has you targeted and you have both Venomous Bite and Windbite on you you should either prepare to bene/tetra once the damage hits or even swiftcast a Cure 2.
You are saying you had the time to swiftcast a stone on him, so that means even though tetra was on cooldown you could have possibly survived by swiftcasting a Cure 2 instead. Attunement is also an option.

I'm a bit confused, you're stating that you couldn't do anything at all, yet you used Swiftcast on Stone ? I'm not sure what was the idea behind it, a Bard running slow will still be able to hit you, lol. You could and should have Swiftcast Cure II or whatever is your strongest potency healing (I never played WHM so can't really tell but hopefully you get my point). Bard isn't "OP" like you claim it is, I'm far from being what a lot would call "good" at PvP so I guess it's just my two cents, but it's not extremely hard to figure out either.

The main problem is.. People who have no idea how pvp works talks about it , let me explain : bard Barrage can be stunned , the target can go far away gg barrage interrupted , ninja is the worst melee class in pvp! Also explain me whats wrong with holmgang.. And last the Op who uses stone to heavy the Ranged instead of heals.. Than we complain why ppl get rekt in a match

I'm not saying there is anything WRONG with Holmgang, I'm saying that there are classes that have skills that are very powerful in comparison to PvP vs PvE. I'm not complaing about getting rekted because, let's face it, I'm a bard. I am going to 'get rekted' as soon as someone gets physical with me and I'm silly enough to be on my own. I specifically mentioned holmgang because 1.) it's just a strong skill in general, 2.) it's my own, personal, running joke. I get caught in Warrior's holmgang's A LOT and that's my OWN fault. But it still doesn't stop me from doing a 'hello darkness my old friend' type of joke as that chain catches me and drags me.

Yeah. I know. Like I said, it's my OWN fault because I am the one making a mistake. Holmgang is still a powerful skill but that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with it. I feel like you are looking for an argument here that doesn't exist.

It's fine i was just surprised by the model u used . I Mean u think holmgang ( 4 seconds bind every 3 minutes) is an amazing skill when a pld can permastun you for 8 seconds every minute. Same for ninja the worst melee class with no utility , same for bard who is not at machinist level.

Honestly, I didn't bring up PLD because I forgot about it. It's literally one of those "think of examples, provide examples I've had personal experience with'. For me, I've only been on the backend of a PLD stun once or twice so it's not burned into my mind like Holmgang is, but that's just a result of personal experience. As for ninja, I can't really comment on if it's worst melee class or not because I don't play it, but, I do know I have gotten my butt handed to me by ninja's before and have seen teammates get owned by them as well, which is what leads to the comment about ninjas. Really, it's all matter of what I've personally experienced so my perspective is skewed one way more so than from someone who has different experiences.
