Maybe it's to get you to respond? :o Encourage you to communicate, maybe?
The thing is, we were communicating just fine BEFORE they made this change. Sure, some people said/did things that they shouldn't, but that's not exclusive to PvP at all.
There is absolutely nothing good about this new Quick Chat system.
