To be fair as stated by a few above you, they are FFLore based. But as Moomba said correctly they tend to be wolfmen always and not "werewolves" who can become human. I think a beast race of permeate wolfmen and women would be interesting and a good change of pace from the esthetically challenged beast tribes we have dealt with so far.
