Mini cactpot...did something happen?

Maybe if delay while selecting numbers, the machine thinks you're referencing a cactpot solver and so it shuffles your odds into something worse?

"It's not hard" is about the most pointless thing anyone could say about this - if the game consistently only gives you "1-2-7" and "1-5-3" and the like, it is simply impossible to get even a single 10k prize.

It already is - it's called DRG. There's a 20% chance that they'll spend some time tanking the floor in every duty. ;P

I've got the 10k prize three times this week, so just it's just a run of bad luck for you compared to your previous run of good luck. (I also got 3rd and 4th prize the last super cactpot, so it's been a very good week for me.)

People being dumb randomly doesn't count

I felt the same way since 3.1. Before that made 50k a week easy. After 3.1 mini cactpot I've make 10k every 2 weeks on average.

So I dunno
