THEORY: Yugiri and her role going forward

Yugiri was like the best character too. I am glad she is back in the main story.

Out of curiosity, what actually happened to the Yugiri voice actor? From what I can gather about the headstone, I'm guessing she died? But do we know what caused this to happen?

Sian Blake and her son were murdered last year by her ex boyfriend.

I would like to see her particate in the battle for Ala Mhigo. She could learn a lot of valuable information on retaking a city state, so that in time she can retake her own, and go back home. I could also see her being sympathetic with the Ala Mhigan refugees. She's be a very valuable person for the Stormblood arc IMO.

Doma 4th residential district confirmed.

Agreed, I also think the situation would hit close enough to home that she may decide to teach you a few more things about the NIN job that perhaps Oboro didn't know, or things from a different style of Ninjutsu that is unique to her area of Doma. But then again, now that I think about it, she'd be playing double roles as both a mentor and a important character in the Stormblood arc. So it may have to be a one or another situation. Which makes me wonder how Widargelt will factor in but that is a whole different thread for another time.

Aside from Y'Sholta, Yugiri was far and above one of my favorites.

I would really like to see her with a more important role with Stormblood, I most certainly concur. I'd like to see her Doma style of NIN expanded upon. Perhaps introduce a system similar to that of other classes that have different play style options (Astrologian/Summoner/Scholar to name a couple).

Well, Oboro (The NIN mentor.) was still from Doma. I believe it was just implied that Yugiri is from a different section of Doma then Oboro and his village. That and Yugiri seems to have her own style perhaps. We shall see!

I hope her ex voice acts one of the characters we absolutely annihalate. Would be a good way for me to feel like I'm going to kick his backside. But he's likely in jail.
