You're assuming this is my my only character. How naive. I would expect nothing less from someone who adds nothing to this community.
Answa all I see are movement restricting crap. This is what the game will be about. Moving away from spells. It's like I'm playing Rift.
What unlike you, who brings us these joyous thread of puke and vitriol.
People like to interact and be part of a dynamic game instead of standing in the same spot spaming the same skill/spell over and over.Quote:

Debuffs never worked on fights that mattered anyways. And making them really powerful makes whatever class that uses them OP. Quite a conundrum. Pairing debuffs with damage spells/abilities makes it so even if you fail at the debuff you did SOMETHING. It's much better IMO.
Anyways we can still debuff with alchemy potions. This would be a nice way to bring Alchemy back as a viable craft, although it remains to be seen how they are intending to revamp the class.
Wahburger and McCries ready for the OP.
Debuffs needed to be reworked I agree, but removed? Holy hell.
They should be integral to fights, mandatory. They are just further pigeonholing classes. They will remove elemental weaknesses next and you just have to spam what ever is strongest at your current level. Then we will be using rotations to cycle through our skills.
And if they become mandatory whatever class has them will become 100% necessary, is my point.
They aren't all removed either. Most of them have been attached to skills from other classes so that everyone can contribute more. Positioning, combos, and proper usage of them is integral to the new abilities.
They were already usable by everyone because we could take any skill from any job!!
Funny you mention that, in FF11 most BLM would spam their newest learnt spell not because of elemental affinity vs the mob but because it was the most powerful.
Nothing wrong with a good rotation :DQuote:
