Duty Finder queue icon

I always thought it was a welding mask lol.

This reminds me of when people were discussing what "the heat of battle" fc buff icon was supposed to be

What is that icon supposed to be anyway? I always thought it looked like a toothpick.

Heat of Battle looks like a house with the lights on.

Did they ever figure it out because it looks like the hilt of a sword to me.

DF icon is a bench/stool and heat of battle is focused "screenshot" of exp bar going up.

I think is supposed to be the same things that you see on the FFXIV 1.0 trailer where they check the "cards" to get into a duty.
