As much as it is looking interesting... I find it more disgusting in a way. MMO aren't meant to be played alone.
And in my eyes, this is nothing to be proud of. Looks like someone was just to bored to do other things in game.

If one person controlling 4 ruffles your feathers, people in WoW can control a whole 25 man raid party.... and use this purely to gank others for "fun" and this is either deemed PVP happened on a PVP server or not a violation of ToS under the ruining other people's game experience rule.

That is pretty crazy even trio-boxing in ffxi was exhausting for me. I can't even imagine controlling 4 people on a faster paced game like ffxiv.
