Squad has Primal gear?

So erm if you can only send out 4 people out on a mission, does that mean a group of 4 level 40s beat Titan hm?. I suddenly think i'm not really the WOL anymore :P

And still they can fail a mission 20 level under their current level..sometimes its probably better just not to think too much about it. (They probably took some lessons from my botanist retainer that beat mog ex...)
