It's south of the Carpenter's Guild, and it's a floodgate rather than the normal sort you can walk through. I tried to take a screenshot of it in gpose from the Carpenter's Guild and Carline Canopy, but either it's out of sight from all the places we can walk to, or it's part of the walkways under the huge water wheel and I just can't see how it's a gate.Quote:
