This. And that's why GM don't do anything, because they don't have any info. It's STF job to track RMT activity as a whole, see where gil are going, correlate IP addresses, detect the use of possible third party tools, etc.

wuold like to see GM's with the power to place temporary bans and pass names into the STF.
and thier not just hoarding gill, before ifrit and darkhold gear i saw pleanty of new players running around with a L10 conjurer and wearing harlequins acton, some where geniune but i checked out some and they ONLY had a L10 acton.
so RMT's are selling gill for real money. theres nothing innocent about it, nothing clever, and nothing harmless.
RMT's are a plague in MMO's and quite honestly SE should be doing everything in thier power to stop RMT's now while they have the chance.
Hmmm. I wonder who is fool enough to buy Gil for FFXIV.
I can understand FFXI, but XIV? ...
I guess you havent heard GMs use weathered gear as well, they must be RMT.
Also GMs are there for support not RMT and bots, I agree we need an ingame option to report to the STF, hopefully we will see it soon, we do need it especially for those that play in fullscreen, and have to write the details down then log out to report.
people are already buying gill for XIV.
if you think otherwise its a little naive.
theres always someone doing something they shouldnt
