Connection Issues - Primal DC - SE Response???

I can login to the Japan and European data centers, but can't get to either of the NA ones.

So SE is blaming our ISPs now? I might believe that if I couldn't log onto any of my characters, but I just tried it again, and my alt gets in just fine. It's just my main that's a no-go.

Lots of talk about possible DDoS on various ISPs, and now Level 3 is having a lot of issues. Level 3 is used when routing and connecting to the NA servers. No ETA from them (Level 3) about when their issues will be fixed.

We should bring back public executions for anyone caught performing a DDoS.
