Use a 65" TV as my monitor and run 4k at 60 FPS. Only get the occasional dip to mid 50s in graphic heavy areas.

Consistent 60 FPS in all instances, even 24 mans where particle effects are filling the screen. Only places I get any noticeable slowdown are Idyllshire and, strangely, the Steps of Nald, when my camera is facing the Quicksand.

I don't have the specs, but I can run the game on highest graphics at 50-60 fps outside of dungeons and 60 fps inside dungeons.

I run ~100 FPS at 1440p in most areas at max settings, with HBAO and AA off. I drop to ~75 FPS when I use 1 GTX 970 instead of SLI.
My wife replaces her Video card every even year. And everything else every odd year. I get the hand me downs...
She rocking a Nvidia 1070 And last gen i7. with 8gb of ram 256 SSD.
