This definitely feels more like a "band-aid" fix, rather than something they intend to keep for the future. Probably going to stay this way until 4.0. Who knows...

HONESTLY
I'm so stoked about this too it's disgusting

1. Love the new tree for housing! (need item limit increase asap though!!) But the tree is beautiful!

2. tyty for removing at least some of the furniture destruction! A step in the right direction!! Please slowly remove the feature entirely! :)

3 chocobo house is soooooooo cute!! would make one if my Moogle one wasn't going to be destroyed in the process :(

4. GS chocobo barding - lol is very cute

5. 2 new dungeons look nice too.

A few things to look forward to :)
