Eleven days since initial email, still nothing even after suggesting an alternate email address and asking for response to either in case it was my Hotmail address blocking them. Posted twice on gamemaster facebook page, no response to either of them.
I sent my code thursday and not got a response, sent them a email again today and nothing wtf are they doing......

Sent mine in on sunday and haven't heard anything yet... and after reading all the replies here i'm not too hopeful :'( sad kweh
They sure are taking their time, sent mine a week ago - still nothing.
