Used with equal skill I actually don't think any healer is better than the others, the only difference is what you are facing (although I could be totally wrong because Feast is such a joke it's actually hard to tell what matches would feel like if everyone on both sides was good). In my experience SCH does well against heavy burst like BRD/MCH but falls appart against SMN for example.
The problem isn't so much that Aura Blast sucks, but that it, along with Retrogradation are lackluster compared to Sacred Prism. (Although I'll take Retro over Aura Blast any day). But for all the complaints about Sacred Prism being OP, I still feel WHM needs it because unlike the other 2 they only have 2 instant heals, both of which are on long cooldowns. It would probably be better to boost/change Retro and Aura Blast rather than to nerf Prism.

I think SCH is OP now because the current MM is a joke... As a gold healer, the terrible DPS I get in 90% of matches couldn't even break an Aldo, or LB a target without an Aldo. The pressure they exert leaves the sch with a comfortable Aetherflow count the entire game (3-6)... This makes getting kills against a good sch near impossible. I don't think it's as strong if the teams were balanced. Smart opponents just run away from Prisim though, there is always a low ranked dps standing outside of it with B4B up waiting to be killed.

If dps sucks getting kills against any good healer would be hard not just sch.

I think scholar is currently the best for Feast in its current form, at least on NA and EU servers. Scholar has a lot of the shorter cool downs that are good enough to keep everyone alive at any period of time than White Mage does. Consistency is always better than short periods of broken, similar to how Machinists and Bards work.
Scholar also has adlo, the large shields are very good in keeping you in a healthy health range while White Mage healing has people jumping up and down very dangerously. Also when a adlo crits it is the best thing in the world even if it over heals. A White Mage crit that over heals means absolutely nothing. Also adlo can mitigate LB from dps classes quite well, Whm can't mitigate those at all.
Another thing is a White Mages reliance on people knowing what sacred prism in the first place. A lot of people just don't know or don't care while a scholar has no such reliance on players knowing what the scholar is doing. Also trying to repose with people that run ten feet to smack a 8 second slept target doesn't seem to show that White Mage can ever use their full potential while a scholar has no such burden.
Also the fact that Summoners aren't that common in feast makes scholars stronger too, they can better deal with burst coming from Blm, bards and mch than a Whm can.
There are other small things I can say about scholars being better than Whm in solo Feast, but what I said above is a basic description of why that is so.
