I'm hoping they put something in place that if you have a house you can't get a apartment. Just so other people who do not own a home can get one. Its ludacris to me that someone with a home would want apartment to just because its "new"

Yeah house owners should be restricted here.
What's the point on adding more "housing space" if the same old people is getting it anyway?

I wonder if the same should also apply to those who is sharing the estate privilages with another
