I have fun just playing game, overcoming challenges doesn't enhance my enjoyment.

Everyone who played FFXI for a pack of years will remember the almighty Absolute Virtue, the unbeatable (75 cap). A NM that could only be defeated in Japan if they tried, and they were local to server.
Or I'x Aern Drk, the RNG troll. A NM who could Reraise (FFXI Self-Raise) 0 to 99x upon it's death.
Pandemonium Warden. Absolute Virtue was an endless fight till they nerfed him for a little while and the level cap increased after a time being. Having access to Tier V spells, and enough power to 1 shot just about anything unless your Tank was Aegis Relic user.
He had access to all 2 hours from each job up to Chains of Promathia (The best Xpac), able to activate any of them every 1 minute. Disabling required activating players 2 hours soon upon AV activated his to lock it. The server was only in Japan so it was impossible anywhere else.
Edit: What made him endless? Having access to Benediction, completely restoring all his health to 100k HP.
That reminds in EQ when paladin gets charmed and uses Lay on Hands to heal boss for millions.
It always amazes me how people love and praise XI for it's challenges and hardships, and then we have XIV where nobody wants to be bothered with a grind at all; so everything gets dumbed down.
Okayyyyyyyy
