It moves its front tentacle(?) slowly throughout its screen time. Cuttlefish are capable of camouflage, so those types of creatures are adept at minimizing their movement to look like something else. Very unusual how accurate it looks to what seems to be a poorly made toy, but that's part of what it's intending to do. Why it would choose that specifically is a big mystery though lol.
