Moonfire Event Items

You can sit in your little space and pout about "ugly glamours" while I run around in Palace of the Dead in my fabulous armor. And to echo what Moomba said, enough with the bloody swimsuits. Not every summer event needs to have the same theme in rewards.

A Cage filled with fireflys is an empty birdcage? That's news to me. Looks like a pretty sweet housing item that I can add to my oriental themed house. To each there own I suppose, I'll out front of my FC house pretending to be a Power Ranger / Kamen Rider.

LOL! um.. actually use the item.. then tell me its full of fireflies... little green orbs that you barely notice, isn't fireflies, and doesn't make it "FULL." good job, you get a gold star!

Also, think about what you just typed.. "A cage filled with fireflys is an empty birdcage?" Yes? a birdcage is designed for BIRDS! so obviously the fireflies being in it would make no sense.. Good job for you, double gold star!

Nope you're very right, but It can have summer theme clothes.. for gals, maybe summer dresses? NOT FREAKIN ARMOR! but hey, enjoy that trash, hope SE brings more of it from here on out, so you can keep enjoying the trash items every event.

You all seem to miss the point: its a themed event. Summer = summer related items, i.e. Swimsuits. Christmas = santa costumes, Christmas trees, etc.. Halloween = pumpkins, ghosts, etc.. that's the point.. its an event that is for a certain time of the year! A summer event with out summer related items is just pointless..

I'd love to add the cage to my fc room, oh wait its an outdoor decoration.

5% of the server population can enjoy it though.

I know this is kinda beside the point but if you farm the Boarskin maps yourself you can get the moonfair swimsuits made...I mean, it might help ease the bitterness? I know this event isn't your cup of tea so just offering a different solution so you can have one of those expensive suits.

Kids in Japan... One: this isn't a game those kids are probably playing, 2: the majority of peeps probably don't know that, and don't really care. It's an MMO, need to make the events friendly to all players, not designed specifically for a small group to enjoy.

It's a thing people recognize as am event that appears during summer festivals. It's not specifically for the demographic the events are aimed at IRL.
Yes I do primarily mean Japanese people, but hey, it's a Japanese game.
