Possible ban?

Zero chance you're gonna get banned for this. The leader sets the rules, they allow it, you use that feature, that's all.

Most FCs don't take lightly of people who make use of them. Yes, they were trusting and they paid for it with this naivety.
Your tone suggests you don't really care either way, so why bother asking?

You won't get banned. Your old FC will also not get banned should they decide to announce you stole from them publicly either.

Square dosent deal with fc matters its like when people join fc's and clean out the fc chests square wont do anything thats on the leader of the fc

You won't be banned because it was the fault of the FC for not setting permissions but hopefully you'll be PLAYER banned as in...you know, those players telling others about your dick move.

Maybe don't be a jerk next time. Try things like "asking" and "permission".

I'm suddenly reminded of in one guild incident in WoW where there was a TCG mount (they're rare and sell for a lot of gold) and I asked about it and why it was in the public access tab. I was told a player would ask the GM about it and for no one to touch it, the following week it was gone and I was accused of taking it when our poorest player suddenly was talking about how much gold they'd come into....

This is why we can't have nice things.

Why even make this thread? Nothing in the TOS stated you can get banned for "stealing" in your FC. If that's the case alot of players would be banned.

90% of players dont read a game's ToS or forum rules so....Honestly, this thread just makes the person forever look bad since you can't change your forum name....so forever known as the FC thief I guess lol.
