you can use photo hosting website like imagebam or imgbox to upload your photo. (no need to join member)
then use their BB code to directly put thumbnail onto forum

http://postimage.org upload them here, then click "direct link" and enter them with the imagine tool in the bar above

when you click directlink it will auto copy in so you only have to click paste.
