Look up the history of this event's creation before you complain why Pokemon isn't a collaboration instead, I doubt FFXIV is even on Nintendo/Game freaks radar.
Personally I would have preferred a Professor Layton (hildibrand?) or Ninokuni event (both of which created by Akihiro Hino, i.e. the guy in charge of this event), but thats up to level 5 -
