"Joke Weapons"

I dunno about joke weapons but I've been waiting for Tonberry Knives for Ninja. Why isn't that a thing.

Squeaky Greatsword
Squeaky Harpoon
Squeaky Knuckles
etc

Basically weapons that sound like this.

A few threads in the past have brought up this idea, and yes, it is something I would love to see, especially as there was precedent in FFVII which also had a 'joke weapon' set (weapons that were actually items you wouldn't consider as weapons like tools and toys, but they often had the highest attack for that part of the game, with the trade off of having no materia slots). So through the magic of copy and pasting from my post in one of those earlier threads:

GLA/PLD - Nail Bat and Pot Lid
PGL/MNK - Spring Gloves
LNC/DRG - Mop
MRD/WAR - Shovel
ARC/BRD - Toy Bow
ROG/NIN - Fork and Spoon
CNJ/WHM - Umbrella
THM/BLM - Flaming Torch
ACN/SMN/SCH - Fold-out Picture Book
MCH - Water Pistol (or else joke gun with 'bang!' flag)
DRK - Boat Oar
AST- Snow Globe

It's already enough to see people running around in metallic gold pig suits.

Well there was that one "sword" from Saint Row that would do for a joke weapon for both DK and PLD ^^. But in all seriously joke weapons or no joke weapon I don't care as long as I'm not forced to use them.

Monks already have a joke weapon, besides its not going to hurt the game any more than the swimsuit tanks.

Bring on the Yokai Watch weapons!

But tbh i'd love a Kingdom Hearts crossover, though the keyblades would all be great swords and/or great axes, but there are still clubs, shields, swords and so on too

I'll just sit here in my "No fun allowed" zone and say I'd prefer to not have joke weapons.
