Would be same as non-collectables. Changing from collectable to non-collectable just changes it to a NQ piece of gear or item and would have same value as another other NQ version of the item or gear in MB. This issue of changing from non-collectable to collectable on gear forcing a 1% spiritbonding seems like a silly thing to happen in my opinion and there is no good justification for it. A lot of the gears that are part of the collectable scrip rotation are in low supply on my server too so it would benefit the economy to allow their sale.
It wouldn't flood the market as it is not often and in large enough quantities that people fail to hit the collectable cap, so supply won't increase that much just from the occasional failed collectable and keep in mind it only seems to happen on gear conversion and not items which can be added to the market. I was thinking maybe it is an oversight or unintended glitch on SE's part in regards to this because there is no good reason why it should happen as far as I am concerned or at least none that I can see. Knowing now what I did not before about this added 1% spiritbinding to conversions on gear I can avoid it by cancelling the collectable status if failed to hit cap but it shouldn't even happen in the first place in my opinion.
