In DF?
I wouldn't give a damn as long as you know how to play your class.
If I need to address people directly I target them and use <t>, so no matter how hard your name is to type I won't face any problems there.

TC, if you changed your name to that, I'd ask if you face roll your keyboard much.
Out in the world, if you were a Lalafell BLM, I'd assume you were a bot. If you were a Male Midlander Hyur with the default appearance, I'd assume you were a gil spammer. If you were in a dungeon and doing your job, I wouldn't care (but I'd initially think you might be a bot).
Good luck finding a keyboard smash that the actual bots and spammers haven't used yet! >_>
Also, if you named yourself nonsense, I would just proceed to call you whatever I liked instead. "Come on Boaty McBoatFace, pick up the pace!" and "Blargelpus, did you forget to eat your raid food AGAIN?"
It's not nonsense. :( Even the worst ones are easier to read than Polish words, lol.

It's kind of funny that people get my name wrong even though I chose an easy one (the one in my sig).
As for the OP's question, I'd probably think it's a bot until proven otherwise but I never report anyone for suspicion alone. I hope no one else does either. Poor Roes!
I'd examine your information and gear to look for signs of being a bot, and then I'd try to observe your behaviors and actions to see if that proved right too. Honestly, at times it is hard to pick players out from bots, and I do imagine I've been wrongly labeled a bot before. (I once spent eight hours on a Saturday farming crystals for someone who paid me handsomely to do so)
To answer OP: I'd be a bit o_รณ because I've never seen one of those in a duty, only glitching around Thanalan and Ul'dah. I would assume it's a legit player messing with someone, similar to the Viewing Cutscene equivalent on your server (YMMV).
About Sea Wolf names: They're not random nonsense, they're basically Hellsguard names in the old Roegadyn language, with the surname being son/daughter of <name>. I didn't opt for one purely because I don't use randomly generated names, and H'ey Bunny is my Internet alias and I used the name Heybunny in FFXI and wanted to keep the name. :)
For lore purposes, I made one up for my character based on her attributes and checking the official Roegadyn dictionary: Hyrtlorh Ghimbharwyn (Autumn Rabbit, daughter of Modest Bear). It all means something, whether a person cares to understand it or not. :)
On another MMO I played, I had a friend named "figsugfaj". A lot of people thought he was a bot but once he did... not bot things... people knew he was a legit player. He was very social.
Judge not a person by the content of their name, but by the content of their character!
