Increase Ex Seph Bird

Birds barely just came out...let them be rare-ish still. And there are 2 more primals with low bird drop rates that are even more irrelevant in case you forgot.

if your talking about ravana and bis, and thordan, they actually have a decent drop rate, like 10:1

My 330 runs of Bis Ex to get the bird take an issue with this statement.

I honestly wish they would've never nerfed drop rates for mounts... they're supposed to be rare and give people an excuse to do old content, now you can get a full party the ponies in less than 2 hours... Kirin mount should be rare as hell Imo, but its not; once 4.0 drops these lanner whistles will be the same way

But you're not doing it for weapons, you're doing it for mounts.
You let the weapons drop to the ground if you don't want them.
