What happened to the new Grand Company items/gear in 3.3?

Odd that it was planned for 3.3, given we're meant to get new ranks in 3.4? I figured it only made sense to add this gear alongside the new ranks, though I guess you added the last set of new gear through Hunts, rather than GC ranks...

While I appreciate the response from a community rep, can I ask for one simple thing? If things don't end up being put in a patch, can it at least say so in the patch notes? I understand sometimes things change, and they aren't ready in time, but it would be nice if we would get a warning when this happens from now on. A postponed features section when appropriate, would be very helpful! I was confused when I went to the GC and it wasn't there.

That makes no sense. If it isn't in the patch notes, then it isn't in the patch, simple as that. No need to add a section saying ' here is what we wanted to add today, but couldn't due to reasons'. You can bet you behind that people will complain more about that than knowing nothing.

will this also include the new rank and the customizable team?
