I believe there's no doubt about maxing Crit, the real question is more, Skill Speed or Determination.
Seeing how Bard's DoT received a 10% damage buff and determination impacting the DoT it obviously can't be a bad idea but on the other hand.
End game fights mechanics require lots of moving, Skill Speed giving you the ability to move more freely since you can move earlier on the skill cast time.
Of course Feint is good for this but it's only 120 potency damage and it cost lots of TP (80) opposed to Heavy Shot (50).
I'm managing to empty my TP bar with 670~ skill speed atm with the 230 relic (Crit + Det) so having more skill speed migth cause even more TP Issue but in the end might give you higher DPS.
My opinion is that you should aim for Determination if you want more safe and stable damage but if you want the highest numbers you should go for Skill Speed.
That's just my 2 dollars, it still needs to be tested.

You can always change the stats later on for the Relic so therefore i would be willing to try crit and ss.
It will however be a while for me, i still have my blm and Dk relic to finish and start my Bard :/
