I think they have accounted for DS as the notes say update was available from 6:45 GMT I downloaded at 7:00 here in the UK, if they haven't accounted for DS then I wouldn't have been able to download until 7:45

Well it's gone 10:00 here and they aren't live so I'm must be wrong, clear I can time travel and downloaded the update 45 minutes early. I'll have to think of a more productive use for my newly discovered powers
