What's your game plan to aquire a house next patch?

No game plan because there is still no house move system. Once that's implemented I can move to a large house and my bf can give up his cottage to be my subtenant. One more house for the server! Until then I'll just collect gil to be able to afford the move.

Game plan:
Keep all those moochers off my lawn. I had a couple people sitting around my house when the reclamation thing started; it's like, dude I just warped here. Go away.

Tempted to drop my house in the goblet to get one in mist, I'm still not sure. Redecorating would be bothersome, I don't have 180-ish slots of inventory space for furniture, and it took forever to make the arms dealer wall. :(

I have no idea what I'm gonna do w/ my alt on Gilgamesh, though. My friend wants us to get a house to share (she insists on a house, cottages are too small) but we're both almost brand new characters with hardly any resources, so I have no idea how we're going to manage getting 20m or so in less than a month. We can't really take our time either, considering how freakishly huge the server is, all the plots are sure to be bought up within an hour of the servers coming back up after maintenance.

Log in, realize I don't have money, cry, teleport out.

same thing I did last time they released more wards, go to work and come home unable to buy one because the ones in my price range are gone.

Wake up at 4am est to get on patch asap. Buy a house. Done

Wake up the second the servers are on, and grab a small house. I already have almost enough for one.

Log on as soon as maintenance is over and sprint my ass off to plot 29 of The Lavender Beds.

Log in ASAP and get an M or S size. Depends what is available.

On a high population server, I am not sure how successful it will be.

The thing I am most worried about is if the update occurs while I am on vacation for 2 weeks (starting next weekend). I have a feeling I'll log back in and find everything already taken.

Plot 29 and 59 will sell super fast. I love mine in Lavender.
