Add a Lore and Gil cost to voting to dismiss a player please.

not at all, thats just a douch thing if you know they cause problems Then do it early on so they can que again. Kicking at the end of a dungeon is childish and wastes that players time.

Again if you feel like you're right, then be able to prove why you're right and no penalty get back lore or Gil.

If you get kicked for no reason there is always the option to write a GM. Write what happened directly after, that it taints your game experience and a GM will look into it. No need for a penalty besides the 4 hour cooldown and (if it truy was abuse) the filed report.

Okay, but they have to get rid of the 4 hour cooldown. If i have to pay for this, i want to do it as often i wish.

And i will call a GM every time.
And if i'm right the kicked have to pay the costs to be fair.

tbh this is not practicable. I am still upset cause they set the damn cooldown. People are just to less responsible with this incomplete and limited tool.

Still having the penalty would stop useless kicks. People do it because they can get away with it. A penatly would stop people getting away with it. You shouldn't need to get gms involved in this type of thing.

Simple really vote to kick>pay rquired gil or lore> reason pops up>fill out if the reason is legit and its true you get payment back within a few hours. If not then dont weongfully kick someone lol

Actually they should, kicks without reasons count as harassement and that is part of their job. Also whilest I earn a good amount of gil I know quite a lot players to which 300k is already a fortune so adding a penalty to tomestone (honestly how did you get this idea? If someone got kicked for trolling/insults/whatevs im getting punished? How am I supposed to get my full lore if it was rightfully, ask a GM? Now /that/ would be extra work) or gil (5k and more really is a lot for some) would just really cause extra work because you would have to run each time to a GM and debate with them to get your gil back.
I also highly doubt it would stop those trollkicks. If you are bothered or feel like you don't deserve the kick, write a report and maybe check if that player was from our server and ask in a polite tone what that kick was for if it bugs you that much.
Because I agree it is an unpleasant experience.

You can't set an AI to decide if the reason is legit or not, that's what GMs are for.

The only "good" way would be, that every kick is viewed by GM automaticaly, like in novice network. so you can also get rid of the 4 hour cooldown.
like:
Vote to kick > reason pops up > free text pops up > player gets kicked > a report will be send to a GM automaticaly
So no one will be kicked without a legit reason cause it will investigated by a GM.
