Bard and Barrage

Always use Barrage in conjunction with Empyreal Arrow, if you play your cards right you should be able to fit about 6 Empyreal Arrows between Barrage CD's, (that's assuming you use EA as soon as it comes off CD) if for whatever reason you can't use Empyreal Arrow or it's on CD and you REALLY need something dead RIGHT NOW then I'd recommend you pair it with Heavy Shot.

Though for general use, definitely Empyreal Arrow

There are some times where it is more useful (it covers more area) but in general quick nock is much better.

Generally the position of your barrage in the opener can vary, but it'll usually fall directly after applying your dots or as the boss is pulled. Either works fine but one reduces the potency of your overall dot dps so it's really up to preference. The basic goal is just to have all non crit increasing cds up to buff the triple emp as much as possible. In the case of your second barrage, you'd want to make sure your barrage and emp will be up before using blood for blood again since it has a slightly shorter cd than hawks and barrage.

I noticed that on a summoner their dot damage is based on their stats (Cleric stance or not)

But we can refresh both our dots with Iron Jaws
So now I'm now I'm curios if we can affect our dots with cooldowns or not

My guess is not but I'm not 100% sure on that...

Iron jaws updates the dots.
Example:
Venomous and wind are cast under raging strikes. +20%
Iron jaws refreshes it without buffs. +0% (normalized to before raging strikes.)
Iron jaws refreshes with blood for blood. +10%

So it would be best to let dots buffed with cooldowns tick as long as possible before you refresh them

Seems I have to keep an eye on that :P

So Foe/Flaming Arrow depending on the situation
Then Straight shot + normal dots + Sidewinder/Bloodshot then Internal Release/Blood for Blood/Hawk eye/Raging Strike/Quelling Strike (<<< List Cooldowns)
then Iron Jaws to update the dots with all the power of all the cooldowns?

Then Barrage and Empyreal Arrow

Then keep shooting bloodletter/Heavy shot while making sure you still have the buff from Straight shot
And rinse repeat?
