Random question, but were any of the people who were booted within range of one of the leaders?
Because personally I wouldn't put human error out of the equation.

I have to admit I've never seen this happen in all of the LS's I've been in and the several that I've led.

When Eiji was exiled I was the only one near him, and I wasnt in anything to do that and wouldnt do it without passing it by the LS leader. Neku was aorund both the LS leader and myself and another Officers... none of us did it
